Are dogs allowed?

Yes

It is due to that they service food there it is the health department and animal control does come out and gives tickets

So today we were told they were not allowed and the lady offered to watch our dog in our car.... ummm no thanks. There was a pet resort van at one end that allowed us to let him stay with her for the few minutes we walked and got the things we wanted. As we were leaving same lady who told us we couldn’t bring him in was there as 2 other dogs went in. A puppy and a much older dog. I understand the complaint and the need to be strict, but felt like they were picking who gets to go in.

Updated answer! Dogs are NOT allowed anymore. The vendors told me a customer complained so now they cant risk being shut down by the health department. Dogs were allowed on the outskirts by the food trucks though.
