I initially ordered some bowling shoes and a bag but unfortunately the stuff I ordered was out of stock in back order. They offered to refund me right away if I could wait a little more and they will fulfill my order when the items get in stock. I decided to wait it out. Not only did I not wait long, but the communication was unbelievably incredible! I purchased a bowling shirt for my grandsons birthday. When I checked on the status of the order they told my it was in line to be embroidered in the next week or so. I explained that I needed it by a certain date and they replied that they’d done what they could to accommodate me. Two days later I received another email letting me know it was shipped.
