I heard from a few mutual friends about Koehn building systems while searching for a company to build a red iron building. I could not be happier with my choice, although you pay a premium price I realized that you get the best product. Steve and his team could not have supplied my wife and I with a better shop. I have tried to find imperfections through the structure and I can’t find one mistake or false claim to the craftsmanship. First class operation. Steve and Gerald are great communicators. They listen to their clients, understand their goals and desires and go to work to deliver a high quality product. Prior to starting and signing the contract to build, I was well educated on their process and what to expect. They understood my desire to have a high quality building, went to work and they delivered. The materials they use are high quality and they have stood up very well. I know other builders may come in with a lower bid, but these guys deliver and you will be pleased with the finished product.
