HORRIBLE. Arrived and got in line to have the manager tell me I had to place my order online. Ok, no big deal. Then everyone disappeared into the back. Over the next THIRTY minutes several other people arrived and we all waited for the manager to come out every five minutes or so with just one order at a time.
