Been here about 8 times, all with appointments, always waiting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I've got to find somewhere that staffs their center with more than 2 people.

Very convenient with availability of making appointments online or go walk-in and checking in on the kiosks inside. You can wait out of the office and they will text you when it’s your turn. The staff do their job with knowledge and confidence. The area is very clean and sanitized. The restroom (for taking urine samples) is perfectly clean. They accept lots of insurances including Cal-optima.

Staff is so slow. It took me 1.5 hour wait time to sit on chair to give blood sample. I guess they are a lot short of staff. Receptionist are very confused wrt health insurance. I generally prefer lapcorp Tustin which is way much better than this. Extremely bad experience.
