yes, it is clean and quiet=very very quiet. but the people living here, are NOT nice. I call this place=the land of the pre-dead!

Place is always clean and plenty of guest parking for you to visit your elderly relatives.

it's a beautiful mobile home i have visited! it's very convenient for elderly people to go grocery shopping, out door activity, if you want to drive a little bit there is a big shopping mall in down town Irvine!
