I was there early afternoon today did not get anything done finally got him to schedule a service call to fix tv box problem. Very unfriendly service rep at the irvine store

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable about their products. I couldn't resolve pricing on renewal with customer service via chat or phone. I went to local COX store, a lady took care of it in 5 mins. to best offer available. Fantastic service. Free water bottle helped.

North Tustin; Cox user for 18 years. Started with wide band video. Used to be fine. Then, started dropping now and again. NOW, March 2021, has been dropping every morning for over two weeks. Calling to complain, they give excuses, modem out of date, needs replacing, on and on, Then, magically, comes back up. Conclusions: Cox may be poorly budgeted for tech help and their server(s) updating. Very close here to going AT&T. It would be a bundle package. TV, phones (house and cells) are already AT&T. Cox is in a lot of hurt from what we see here.

Doors locked and store closed at 1:30PM on a Sunday. Timing published on the door and the helpline both say Sunday timing 12PM-5PM.
