SAVING A WHOLE ROW OF SEATS?! Christians should be concerned with God's priority of saving souls first and foremost. Not saving seats. Show some consideration, folks... In my humble opinion, first to come, should be first served. Perhaps this kind of problem is something for the ushers at Harvest to address.
It’s difficult to organize such an event especially when it keeps growing every year. They used to have it at the Bren in UCI but brought it back to the church campus only a few years ago. What they do now is have multiple services, including a sunrise service. If you go to the sunrise service you will always find plenty of seating. If you want to wait for the later services you will always find difficulty with seating. The ushers try to do their best to accommodate everyone. If you have any concerns you can always talk to one of them and they will do their best to assist you.
We did the announcement thing as the service began.women deliberately putting handbags on seats.we asked put them under seats and move to center.issue solved.
At the point the service starts an announcement can be made saved.seats are no longer possible everyone needs to move to the center of their row and seats will no longer be saved.Oh I never thought of that.. lol how brillant of you! While first tne guest are being put out!
At Easter, the church should know that it’s going to be a lot of people and plan it maybe at a stadium.
Well if you know people that go to Easter service you can ask them to save a seat. If not than you might want to try to get there a bit earlier, because that is a realy popular church so more and more people go there.
