I was a patient on 4-19-18 in the
angiogram area. Some prescription ordered were theoretically sent to the Kaiser Pharmacy in Bonita/Chula Vista. Today that pharmacy had no record of it. Who can I contact?

Suggestion, contact your doctor's office and request prescription be sent to your correct pharmacy. This way at refill, you have no problems.

Having same problem yesterday. Pharmacist said prescription sent to my dad's pharmacy. No record of prescription sent???
