Only shop in all of SD. Deceptive billing practices and an unwillingness to be helpful as they "don't accept insurance of ANY kind". Hard to say anything positive about a place that makes it so dehumanizing and stressful to get the required paperwork to file a claim. Would recommend any other clinic besides this one.

My first iui was extremely painful the girl was struggling to do it and was pretty much blaming my uterus for it. She was very cold about it, after it was done I felt like I was on my period because of how much I was bleeding. The second and third were fine. The only thing they did on me was blood work and ultrasounds. I ended up going to a place to do ivf there they did bloodwork and a hysteroscopy to make sure everything is good. Well it turned out I have a uterus infection and im pretty sure it was from this place. I wouldn't reccomend this place . I'm pretty upset I spent $5k here

Cindy, Monica, and Jessie are amazing. You can tell they really care about their patients. They got me my bfp on the first iui. Sadly OT ended in miscarriage, but Cindy was there every step of the way. She was compassionate and mailed and called when I went to emergency room. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given me. They're prices are also fair and they offer military discount. I highly recommend that you seek them out for your fertility needs.
