SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUTCHER!!! This is a whole animal butchery, and they source all their animals locally. I usually buy ribeye and T-bone steaks and the cow was raised in riverside or Sacramento. Amed is the guy to ask for. Super nice and always has something for me. This isn’t Vons, this is a true butcher shop. The prices are super reasonable here.
