You can call them during the week except for Saturdays and mid up 2 midday Friday and they will schedule a pick up usually is for a larger stuff so it has to be quite a bit and you'll have to talk with them and I'll decide if it's something go pick up otherwise they might tell you you need to bring it over to the thrift shop but they will take it
