Hallmark, now Dvele, built my personal home two years ago. I have over 12 years experience in the manufactured home and park model industry and I choose them for their quality and willingness to incorporate modern design elements. Many of the design choices we had to convince Hallmark to do are now standard options with Dvele. The customer service has also improved greatly from both a dealer and an end user perspective. If I had to build my home again I would be excited to work with the team at Dvele.

How do I get this company to return a phone call? I've left several messages with different departments can on several occasions without one response.

I can't get anybody to answer the phone... We live in an '80s Hallmark Saratoga. We need to replace some windows. Are they available from Hallmark?

i would recommend going through lowe's or home depot or similar store. I'm in the process of replacing my windows in my late 80's manufactured home. I plan to do most of them myself. There are few windows that I will have done since I'm changing the setup a bit.
