Their customer service is terrible. Headquarters was called due to the terrible service. I believe because they were called prices were hiked and things were probably made up that do not need to be repaired. I suggest going in person do not try to do business over the phone.

Went in with a simple valve stem repair. The guy working the front desk was outside visiting with someone. When he finally came in he said he couldn't get to me for an hour and a half. I believe there were maybe 2 cars in stalls and 3 plus empty. Won't recommend.

Need more workers Contacted them in person 3 xs to get a drive belt. Too short on workers and plus real busy. Was promised I'd be taken care of, but had to end up going somewhere else

If you have the title of complete Auto Care, then you should do repair on every single bit of a vehicle. That is what complete means which is everything. You should have online that you don't fix or replace windows. It is an absolute waste of time to come to a place that says complete Auto Care and it is false advertisement, because you are not complete Auto Care. You are in fact incomplete Auto Care. I wasted my time and my credit getting a firestone card and now it is absolutely useless, and because of you I am going to lose my job at a prison because my vehicle is not secure without a window. You have just lost my business which probably doesn't mean anything to you.
