Took a low tire there to get looked at and was told it was bad and I needed a new tire and wheel. I took it to loanstar tire on Alpine tire and they repaired it for 25.00. I will never go there if I was you!

DONT COME HERE! Came here for two new tires and after waiting for 45 mins they said I’m good to go and give me my keys.. go outside and find out apparently they changed the wrong tires and my old worn ones were still on. I waited some more and they finally changed the correct tires... okay. Well the next day I drive to the store and when I hop out I notice MY RIMS HAVE COME OFF. The bolts were not tightened enough and came off for two of the four wheels. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! Avoid at all cost, the people working here don’t give a damn and do a horrible job.

Bought a lift kit, wheels, and tires from here a couple of years ago. My husband and I took the truck to a different shop and found out the lift was done incorrectly. So we brought it back to TT and wanted to let them know. The two girls that work at the front had some SERIOUS attitudes. One even told my husband to go talk to the other girl and “see how far you get”. They couldn’t find my name in the system where I purchased the lift so the girls treated us like they couldn’t be bothered. Luckily, they ended up finding our invoice and the manager and one of the guys that works in the shop were really awesome, understood our frustration, and were patient. The manager was amazing and was more than willing to right their wrongs. I definitely recommend this place, just bypass the two ladies and go straight to the guys that do the real work there.

The whole crew and manager were nice and polite, and will answer all you questions. And give your vehicle that little extra it needs.

Questions & Answers

I have 6 used tires in really good condition. Could I trade all of them in for a good used set of tires that would fit my 2002 Chevy Silverado?

We unfortunately do not offer any kind of trade ins. But what we do offer is No Credit needed financing which if you get approved for the full amount of product all you would pay would be $40-$50 down. You would have 100 or 120 days interest free to pay off products!!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Governor Greg Abbott said no more restrictions so I guess it is up to the customer to make appropriate decisions about their lives....idk
