I went today, Saturday-06/27/2020 and Donnell assisted me with great manner, professionalism and courtesy! I will NEVER go to DMV again!! Why??He can instantly do the same things without the wait. I needed new smog, plates and tags. I came from out of state. He referred me to smog guy-right up the street. That was accurate, thorough and swift- I took care of that-went back to his office and then he went out of his way to get my plates and tags for me because the girl before me had received the last one at the store at the time of my arrival. I was a walk-in-likely if I had made an appointment I might have made it easier for Donnell but he never complained. The place just has good energy with Donnell there. His word was honorable from beginning to end. He went to his other place of business, got my plates and tags and brought them to my home and literally helped me put them on my car. I couldn't ask for better service!!! Earlier, I had mentioned to him how I had just been hired a a new place on Thursday and they asked me to start that upcoming Monday. He said, "I want you to be able to make it to work." My car had been functioning without tags since March due to Covid-DMV had cancelled my appointment and I am glad that they did. Screw DMV. I'm coming here for life! Soooo THANKFUL!!!!!!!
