Probably the most loved city there is. Not only does it have the famous Loma Linda children's hospital, but if you pay close attention you will see colorful art everywhere! Park enhancements, fence art and metal art along the roadways. You can thank the very talented and creative City Manager for keeping the roads paved, the signals working, and all the art to bring a smile to our faces. Pay attention if you are passing through and don't miss a chance to smile.

I can't be for sure but you need to go to City Hall and I think they'll give you permit there and they will tell you exactly the rules
