I don't need drug or alcohol help. So my options are even more limited because I'm sober. homelessness is a prime cause of suicide. And if you're suicidal you get access to resources. Why is suicide and addiction prerequisites to receive help?

VVSD no longer has this requirement, they have changed to diffrent housing models Veterans on point or veterans in transition is for homelessness and rehousing assistance.
