Yes they receive mail at VVSD.
The VVSD employee's can receive both personal & work related mail but, from what I understand homeless clients can not. When my husband & I were homeless & first starting the program, the front receptionist informed us that we could not have any of our mail sent there. That we needed to acquire a P.O. Box, which we had no means to pay for one.
