Because is in the parking lot of the campus there are not signs about but public laws for walk your dog apply like keep your dog with collar and leash and pick up it poo
I seen a lot of dogs there even the vendors have dogs and people walking around with dogs but I never seen those signs it doesn't say dogs are not allowed
