If the item happened to be out of stock on the shelves, just ask a floor manager, often they can look at their PDA and say if they have it in the stockroom and have it re stocked
what day? they're always picked though
From what I've seen they try to do it late at night. However, sometimes that flows over to early morning if you get there at 6AM when the store opens.
