Just went in to pay off my account and definitely won’t be continuing with this retailer. A woman named Courtney at customer service at 8:20 pm on 3/4/18 was rude and obviously felt she could be doing better things other than helping her customers!

I only went there once, went shopping and paid off my account, no problem, the cashier was a doll. Helped me with everything and kept me informed of other deals and specials. Don't let a bad apple spoil the barrel.

Sorry to hear this. Poor hire for Kohl's. Take it to corporate if you feel her attitude has been offensive. Generally attitude isn't just one time, she doesn't belong dealing with the public. Take a screen shot of this as well.
