I’ve been working with a private company and was stationed here at pacific senior care! I’ve been here for 5 months I work 1 on 1 with a patient. My patient loves to attend the activities they are so creative and the daily exercises they are very entertaining for her. I absolutely love working with Suzanne. Her work ethic is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond with her activities. My patient loves playing crossword puzzles and Suzanne makes it a fun challenge for her an others! My patient loves to paint she has so much fun with the others. With Suzanne’s energetic attitude she always puts a smile on my patient and others, she’s very caring and always helps other patients even when no one else is looking. Suzanne takes a lot of pride into her work and she absolutely cares for the patients! She is a wonderful person to work with!

It became clear after several accidents, falls and wandering incidents it was unfortunately time to find a safe place for our mother to live. Alzheimer’s is such an awful unfair disease. We were fortunate to have found a new safe loving home for Mom at Pacifica Oceanside memory care center. Her days are full of joy and exceptional care at this most difficult stage in her life. Even through the challenges of the Covid lockdowns, Pacifica was able to accommodate visits and kept a full staff of the most wonderful kind hearted care-givers. We are so blessed to have found Pacifica and our Mom continues to be joy filled.

Jackie Banks (executive director) has been and will continue to be the best person for this community, she demands the best for the residents and doesn’t accept anything less. The entire management team continues to improve, grow, and thrive. Cassaundra & Adriana in the marketing department are top tier and go above and beyond. Zayra (business office manager) was my partner in crime, handling all of the invoices and money is not an easy job and she always does it with a smile. 10/10 and will miss this place, team, and residents.
