Such an amazing experience! We walked in during Open Gym hours on Saturday in prep for a Spartan Race, and the instructor, Jeremy, was so helpful. He showed us all the movements we will encounter during our race, and he told us all the tips and tricks. Highly recommend coming in to try something new or to train for a race!

MROC is a fantastic place to be motivated and inspired to be the best you can be! The team atmosphere, and friendly competition that lives in this gym give you the drive to achieve things you may have never seen yourself doing. A big part of this is the coaching staff, who are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they genuinely care about everyone and help them reach their fitness goals, whatever they may be.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I initially came to MROC to train for a Spartan race but have discovered so much more! Mike and his coaching staff are masters at circuit training, obstacle training, all things fitness and mobility. MROC has state of the art equipment and recently added a Recovery area for when your muscles ache. I've never been a gym rat before but something about MROC keeps me showing up consistently every week. The encouragement & support I get from the coaches and all the members is very real. Definitely worth every penny!!!! I'm loving the results too.

MROC is fantastic and I couldn't be happier there. I took over two years off from OCR after moving across the country, and after being at MROC for only 4 months, I actually did better on the obstacles than in the past. If OCR isn't your thing, the gym is still terrific. The community is top notch, and there is nothing but support from the other members. The gym also hit a home run with the primary coaches. Not only are Coach Tiff and Coach Brandon world class athletes in their own right, they are excellent at leading classes and getting the absolute best out of everybody.

How much would it cost for a walk-in open gym session?

20 I think. Call and ask for Mike or Tyler. Or you can come in and pay same day. Open gym times should be on the website.

Do you do a "taster" session, of say an hour or so? Neil

I would say stop by and coach Mike will be able to walk you through the facility and maybe you can see a class going on in real time. There are several classes going on thoughtout the day, but I don't think coach Mike does taster classes. But trust me, this place is worth every penny you pay. The coaches are freaking amazing and the workouts will prepare you for any race you run or just get you fit in general.

Do you do you have a warped wall
