The City & County of San Francisco Department of Public Works only hold homeless belongings from encampment sites when SFPD request for Bag and Tag then only Department of Public Works will hold these items otherwise they're just thrown away if homeless unclaimed belongings are found in the street and are a nuisance to the public..
