Pretty much agree with other reviews. I had my first ride with them arriving at SFO. The interior of the cab was a bit shabby and dirty, and the driver was grumpy and asked me to give directions. I told him I didn't know the way. He also mumbled something when he heard the destination. No hello or thank you at all. At they end, he tried to have me pay cash and said I would be wasting my money using a credit card, which sounds fishy. Will avoid Flywheel next time.

DRIVER NEARLY CRASHED into us on hwy 101. Red Jeep Wrangler taxi was merging from SFO on ramp and had a dedicated aux lane for half mile but abruptly swerved left over the triangular divider without checking their blind spot, nearly side swiping us. Had to brake hard and honked but taxi didn't seem to care and then dive bombed across 4 lanes into the left lane. I seriously feel bad for customers riding this company as they are putting their lives in danger.

My flight into SFO was seriously delayed, so by the time we got to my destination in El Sobrante it was nearly 1:00 am. I was so tired that I left my iPad in the cab. The next day I called the office, told them the problem and they put out an APB on the iPad. I hadn’t even gotten the cab number so that was the best solution. A few hours later my driver showed up at the home where I’m staying, iPad in hand. I am so grateful. I would recommend them anytime.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After telling the driver where I wanted to go, he responding by saying "Are you kidding me? I have been waiting three hours and you are just having me take you around the corner? You better hook me up" I asked if he wanted me to find another ride, to which he said no, but further emphasized my obligation to "hook him up." The driver was rude and made me extremely uncomfortable.
