I will rate a 10 for the doctors as they are wonderful but Tina who schedules Appts is not professional. Her sarcastic and condescending tone makes you not want to step foot in their facility.

I really appreciated the professionalism, efficiency and quality of care I received at the Rowan Eye Center. I'd put off needed cataract surgery for over a year because I didn't like the factory model of the first, very well known clinic I visited. On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Rowan Eye Center and was immediately reassured by Dr. Rowan's patient focus and that of his staff. Surgery on both eyes for cataract removal and intraocular lens replacements went smoothly with no complications and I can see better than I have in decades. My appreciation to the Rowan Eye Center is immense, and I highly recommend the facility to others.

They basically force you to go buy eyewear from their internal shop. I purchased eyewear from them and then wanted to buy a second pair online they would not supply me with my PD.When looking into why an eye doctor would not supply your PD I was told because they do not want you to order eyeglasses from anybody but them I think this is extremely ridiculous since I paid them for their services and this is my prescription that they would withhold that information do not go see there’s a doctor they are very Unprofessional in the eye glass center.
