Yes. It is not possible to make appointments. I try to get there a few minutes prior to their opening time. One can usually get in right away, depending on how many others did the same. If a waiting time is necessary, I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, but I always make sure the Kindle app on my phone is synced.
Yes they take only walk in's the appointments are for like surgery's etc.They are pretty quick to get your pet right in, wonderful vets..
They only do walk ins. I have never waited very long to get in.
