Worst experience ever! After waiting four months to get furniture one arrived damaged. 5 months later and multiple visits to the local store (Coos Bay) and emails to customer service with no answers, just a bunch circle talking. Sent an email to corporate and literally 5 minutes later my replacement is in and ready for delivery. Just can’t explain it, almost a year from the start to hopefully being resolved. Will find out next week. I would give this store and company zero or negative if I could

We recently moved to the area from SoCal. Upon leaving SoCal, we ordered a whole new living room set to be delivered upon arrival and junked our old set before leaving. The company we ordered from was very careless and didn't seem to care about their screw-up. So, needless to say, I cancelled that order. The next day, my husband and I walked into Rife's on a Wednesday, found a new set we liked and it was delivered that Tuesday. Our sales associate, Steven was very friendly and personable. I also like the fact that they don't hound and stalk you upon entering. They let you walk around freely and go to them with any questions. We will definitely return should we need anything more.

Stephen was an excellent and experienced salesperson. The couch my husband and I purchased was well-constructed and arrived within the time period promised. The delivery men were kind and professional. We will certainly purchase from Coos Bay Rife's again!

What a great experience. Super friendly employees that take the time to make you feel at home and smile. And not in the "blowing smoke up your rear" nice - genuine niceness.We found amazing furniture for our new home and had quick delivery. Also, shout out to the delivery persons - they were so cool and confident. Just an all around great place to shop. Thanks, Rife's!
