We used Conrad Construction for our garage gym remodel project and we couldn't be happier with Patrick and his crew! When I started choosing a contractor for our project, I was disappointed in the slow responses of other businesses. But Patrick always gets back to my e-mails right away and answers all my questions. They took care of everything we needed: demolition and removal of our old, rotting cabinets; insulating and drywalling; replacing a broken window; installing new electrical outlets; installing a new washer box and dryer vent; installing new lighting; leveling the floor; running a conduit for a future hot tub. And the whole project was done in just a couple weeks! The entire crew was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Conrad Construction for any remodeling or home projects you might have, we'll definitely be using them in the future.

Hiring a General Contractor is a big step. You've either never done it before or possibly have had a bad experience. My first remodel experience many years ago was unfortunate to say the least. The next six remodels I managed myself because I didn't want to take a chance on having another bad experience. However, my latest remodel required a load-bearing wall to be moved and that was beyond my knowledge, skills and experience so, I knew I had to hire a General Contractor. I interviewed and researched GCs and finally decided on Patrick Conrad of Conrad Construction LLC and that was the best decision I've made regarding a remodel! Patrick and his core crew (Don, Paul and Bubba) were amazing. I'm almost at a loss for words. Patrick has great relationships with terrific sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.), hires really good people, is a consummate problem solver and always remains calm and positive. The entire remodel experience was wonderful and I now have a beautiful new home that I love. I will use Conrad Construction LLC on all my future projects and you should too!

The FIR (Field Issuance Remodel) program is a city of Portland program for selected contractors. It allows the contractor to work directly with an inspector to streamline the permitting and inspection process. This program can save months on the overall time to complete your project.
