Stumbled upon this hidden gem while picking up dinner around the corner. We kept eyeing the store while waiting for our food and decided what the heck, let's go check it out. We had come at the end of the day so after reading all these reviews I was a bit bummed we missed all the good stuff. However, we did pick up a loaf of sourdough and a right-out-of-the-oven baguette - OMG, to die for!! We decided to go back the next day to pick up some to bring back to Cali and found out they were closed - so bummed. Until we're in Coos Bay again...we will have to wait.

We got the Bread we Love at the Farmer Market. Empire has the best Focaccia Bread. So Delicious

My first experience was the cranberry and walnut sourdough. By itself with no jam or butter, it's amazing. We then made French toast with some of the bread and it was heaven. Looking forward to trying the garlic baguette we got as well, smells divine. Decent prices for artisanal made high-quality bread.

The best fresh bread my kid got hold of the baguette and ate it before we could get back to the camp ground we were staying at. She almost got the freshly baked bread loaf. The person that helped us was really nice! I highly recommend this bakery.
