Bad business tactics. They ripped us off. Wouldn't give us a lower rate under $70 even though we had been customers for years. We closed our account and paid off the balance. Then got a text saying we still owed $149. Still don't understand why we owed that after the account was closed and payed off. They still won't confirm that the account is closed. Had to stop payment on any further withdrawals from them. Don't use Verizon. Went to US Mobile and got the exact same service for $15. monthly instead of $70. Very happy with US Mobile.

Had a fantastic experience at this retail establishment in terms of service and customer satisfaction. The manager, Trevor, was 100% focused on solving a challenging phone reset for me and through knowledge, ingenuity and perseverence he prevailed! Through it all he was communicative and friendly. Great interpersonal and leadership skills were also brought into play as he welcomed several customers into the store while solving my problem!!! Great job and thanks again Trevor!

Went into the store and was welcomed. Told them about the bubble in my screen saver that I would like to have replaced. Bought the phone in November of 21 and had screen protector replaced the next week because of air bubbles. Phone also has an Otterbox case for protection. In January I had the screen protector replaced again because of air bubbles. I went to Arizona for 4 months and after 2 weeks air bubbles again formed under screen protector. Today they told me that they would not do anything about fixing it because I was the one that damaged it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. I ask when he would be available and was told they did not know when he would be available and I was ask to leave the store. My phone was still laying in multiple pieces on the counter and I ask that they put it back together for me. That is when an employee raised his voice and said that if I did not leave now he would have me removed from the store. So much for customer service

They have pre-paid services as well. I would personally buy one of their phones, the phones at walmart are hit and miss!
