There's a general lack of follow through which is very frustrating to customers. 1. Techs came to our house and were missing a part for our heater, so they said they would call us within a day or two to get it fixed. We hadn't heard back from them for 3 weeks so when we called the front desk they had no knowledge as to what I was talking about. 2. The front desk has told me twice now that we are on their route for a fill up and then when we called in the morning to confirm they had no record of it. The one place they shine is that their techs are fast and friendly.

Purchased a house that had a rented tank from blossman....I tried to buy the tank but the price they gave me was over 2x what a brand new tank cost so I bought from another company....tank also has 100-150 gallons of propane which I was told today that I will not get a credit for from blossman...horrible company!!!! Crooks in my book!!!

They have let us run out of gas twice. We are supposed to be on a program that automatically fills the tanks when they are low. Both times, when our tank went dry, our bill was fully paid. If you want a company that will let you freeze to death, these are you guys.
