The women in side the office is very rude...refuse to help me find assistance...a single mother with a child that was displaced because of covid...they said their is not rental assistance so I was kicked out ...and now they say their is no homeless prevention money to help ...feel because I have spainsh children is why they will not help😪 they said they could help after I was evicted..now I'm homeless with no where to go they say their grants have ran out

I met with the HUD worker and I found everyone was very nice, patient and helpful. The lady was very patient and answered all of my questions even after an hour and a half. Apparently, they have more helpful programs that help more ways than just getting you into a rental home. I recommend calling them and asking about their services to see if it resolves your situation.
