I have a disability where my right foot is 8 1/2 wide, and my left is 8 wide, I just called your store on Cypress in Redding CA. And store clerk said you wouldn't be able to break up a pair of tennis shoes if I found a pair ; Is this your policy ?

You have to understand that if they break up a pair of shoes they would not be able to sell them.. my suggestion is find some place that sells custom orthotic shoes
