The employees Sandy and Mickia are so awesome. My friend and I rented E-Bikes and biked all the way to Shasta Lake and in our way back, my friend had some nasty cramps because we did a strenuous hike prior to biking. We were still very far out from the bike shop. I called Sandy and Mickia came and picked us up with a truck and brought us back to the shop. We are so thankful because there was no way we would made back in time before the shop closed. I will highly recommend this place. Just good people there

Excellent customer service! Travis helped us with your line of Ruffwear dog gear! He was great, answering questions, navigating the stairs, which I’m unable to do, checking prices, giving his advice and was just friendly, professional, and great! The girls at the register were great too! Customer service is a dying art and we experienced impeccable customer service today! Much appreciated!

Their customer service was so disappointing. I live in red bluff. I only make it to redding on weekends because i get out of work late during the week. So I walked in today (Sunday) to ask if I could drop off my toddler’s snow boots off for their used boots sale that starts in 2 days. The woman who was at the register did not smile first of all when she greeted me, then she her first reaction was to say “ sorry, that doesn’t start for 2 day so if you could come back Tuesday we will accept them”. I asked her if I could please just leave them there since I can’t come during the week, she went and asked and they said “nope sorry we don’t have spot to put them so you must come back Tuesday”…. They must be so rich that customer service can be dumped away. Sad. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Our family rented bikes from the store for the day to bike around the Redding trails. The staff were very personable and helpful for adjusting the bicycles. They took time to make sure we had directions and were comfortable on the bikes. We will definitely come back!
