I've called with no answer either. My guess is do to the low number of employees per shift.
Ive been in there when they've answered, but also when their real busy an only 1 on the regjster they l If their real busy an only 1 person on the register they may not answer. But i have seen them answer

I've never called there so I'm not sure why it goes directly to voicemail but I do know at times they are fixing or sticking shelves.
