Absolutely unacceptable service they delivered a two not working dryers and have a week wait to come fix it. Absolutely no service and absolutely nothing done to make it right.

I was supposed to have a slider door installed in my basement 2 weeks ago but the slider was delivered somewhere else. A new door was supposed delivered today but the screen was damaged. That was being replaced no big deal but the door frame is also damaged so again I have no door for my install on Monday. This was rescheduled from the first delivery not received. I have made phone calls and emails with no response. I know things happen but being ignored is unacceptable.

After Having had a less than positive experience at a neighboring big box store I was very pleased to have the service I experienced at Concord Lowe’s from Jennifer at store 2617 and operating terminal 23. I was very impressed when without hesitation Jennifer was able to provide the pricing for a concrete product. Jennifer was prompt courteous and provided this service all with a smile.

Had an experience where I received a wrong item in a bulk purchase. Lowe's central customer service was not helpful. Getting to the store management and explaining my situation though, we were able to come to an agreement that made sense. They did a good job putting a face to a big box store. Thanks.
