I was disappointed in the lack of service. One person was there doing alterations. She did not acknowledge people coming into the store and did not offer any assistance. I had called ahead of time to ask if an appointment was required and was told no appointment needed for the consignment area. I attempted to find the consignment area on my own by passing the person doing alterations. I believe it was in an area that was not accessible without store clerk help. The people in line waiting for their alteration appointment were very helpful and directed me to another store in the area. We traveled 75 minutes to be disappointed with this place. On a short time frame of 2 weeks to find a prom dress. Do not recommend!

Thanks for your inquiry - unfortunately we do not take dresses older than 5 years old at this time. If we were able to accept the dress we would recommend you make an appointment as well. Best luck!
