They advertise "Free Installation" of batteries, both inside and outside of the store. They had at least two employees visible. "Reggie" refused to install a Diehard battery that I wanted to purchase claiming they were understaffed. Well, he could have installed it, while the other employee continued to ring out customers, so that excuse doesn't cut it. I bought an even better battery from the Batteries Plus Store, which is just down the road, and they installed with no problem.

Inside car light needed to be replaced. Employee helped me find the exact one & better one, an LED bulb which is brighter & doesn't get hot. Very helpful & fast, spent like 5 min there.

These guys were awesome. I came in and thought I might need a new battery. The manager took a look at it, ran a test on it cleaned both of the connectors to see if we could expand the life of the old battery first. After doing all the work we realized the car battery still needed to be replaced. Really appreciated the above and beyond! Thank you!
