I am so angry right now. We called the Concord store this morning because we were told from another store that they did not have a large stock of iPhones. We were assured by Ryan that this store had more than 2 in stock as long as we didn't care about the color. We told him that we did not care about the color. We drove 25 minutes to be told that "it's our fault because we didn't say that we wanted a certain color" and the other employee sold all of them. Obviously, he did he not look at the inventory. I have been a US Cellular customer for 15 years.This truly makes me question why I stay. Ryan, you owe us an apology. I heard the entire conversation earlier and you just lied. Good luck in sales.

9/10/2017 This review is on Autumn the Sales Manager: She was a delight to work with and diligently worked to get my phone number transferred over and my new phone up and running! I love it and the service has not failed me yet! Only been a couple days tho...so we shall see! 9/14/17 This part is on the service: I can 100% say that I am NOT HAPPY with this service! It roams all the time when I am in my home area and I have updated the cell towers twice now! Don't think I will be staying with this shotty service that won't even send text messages when I am in my home area that I purchased the phone in! Phone is Great Service NOT SO MUCH!!!
