They are very professional and informative. They do, like any place, offer things you don’t need, but they don’t push it. Very quick service and they show you what it’s gonna cost every step of the way. The inspections do take longer than most places, so make sure you get in real early if you don’t want to wait all day.

A little pricey. That said, the crew is knowledgeable, professional, and any suggestions they have are relevant. Servicing of your vehicle is done quickly. Crew double checks each other's work against a checklist. Bays are drive-through and terminals are in every bay; I literally was able to stay in my car the whole time. Fast, thorough, and convenient to use. Recommended!

I have never had a negative experience at a Valvoline, and my experience at Concord’s location this morning was no exception. Quick, easy, through service and they always take the time to explain my options and teach me something about my car’s own maintenance. The guys in the shop this morning were incredibly pleasant and even put up with my pre-coffee brain. Highly recommend!

Having Fun

Got both my car and truck done in just about an hour. Dave the manager was amazing, great personality, honest as and overall great guy. All the staff enjoyed a visit from the pups.
