Today was my first time visiting this carwash and I must say it was a pleasant experience. I was helped by a polite young man his name was Bobby I think. I wasn’t sure what wash I wanted and he helped me pick out the works he said he thought it was the best one for my vehicle and the condition it was in (it was very dirty) he said it would make my car stand out and it did! he also told me about the monthly subscription and I’m seriously considering it.overall a great experience I will definitely be returning 😊

We have been paying 2 monthly car wash subscriptions to this place since it opened in Concord NH. We have dealt with the vacuums not working, crazy lines and potholes that could swallow a small car...but today was just too much. There is a supervisor (heavyset, sloppy, dirty blonde) who is flat out rude. He had a massive attitude when directing cars onto the track. I watched him do it with the car in front of us, then he did it to us. It's a car wash...very little human interaction required, and this guy fails epically. He clearly shouldn't be left in charge since he is so miserable. Also, why have 3 employees crammed into the small office area when there is a line around the corner and both groups of vacuums are not sucking? Whomever owns this place should really consider staffing and training.

Good car wash with free vacuums. It's located behind the Shell gas station. If you get gas first and you purchase your car wash at the same time, you will get a discount on your gas. Also there is a full convenience store at this location.
