Placed an online order for materials to replace a deck. 1 week goes by. Go to store to get and order still has not been pulled yet. Wait around for over 3 hours so they could pull it. Not happy with this store. Will probably go to Lowe's from now on

The staff are very helpful. If you use the HD app, it tells you exactly where to find what you're looking for. Most of the associates in the painting department are knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant. My on line orders come in on time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Jeff at the Concord, NH store was very helpful getting us some new lightbulbs and a new smoke detector after lightning struck our house last night. He made our trip super easy and stress less which we absolutely needed! Thanks Jeff!

I would have given 4 Stars but the damn bathrooms which can service 20 people were both shut down. When you go there to get project supplies and you have to use the head but you can't... well ALOT of supplies were left on the shelves because after traveling 30 miles we had to find some place to "go." What easily was a 500.00 trip turned into a rushed 90.00 purchase, and the staff at asked had no idea what was going on our when it would be fixed!

Yes this Concord store does, but alot of Home Depot stores don't now.I know Hooksett doesn't.
I believe their home services group can do that. I know their competitors do. I would suggest talking with the pro desk or an associate in lawn and garden. Either of them will be able to help you.
Never buy a opened product. Or a product that has been resealed.
Anna, If you are accepting recommendations I believe the best way to go about having your request met, is writing, Emailing, or calling corporate office for the district in which that Home Depot is located!!? At the very least they can compromise with your request
