They are based out of Salem, MA. 100% volunteer based non-profit. PetSmart in Salem gives them a space where most of the cats stay while they wait for their new humans to find them. A few cats are fostered if they have allergies or other special needs. They have volubteer and adoption forms at that PetSmart. That is all I know.
