My question if using clarity ferm do you still use Irish moss/whirfloc or omit it I do not seem to be able to find an answer to this?

I would say yes, still use it. I called and asked a similar question when brewing a batch of Witbier and was told basically to always use the whirfloc as it works during the actual active brewing/boiling process where clarity is more dependant on the yeast and during fermentation. Staff there is super knowledgeable and always willing to help tho so don't hesitate to call and ask them for their opinion
