On a hot summer day, get there before 9am else you'll be waiting a long time to get a parking spot. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR if you park on the street.

Earlier the better for sure. Took us just over 1 hour to get in and it was before lunch.
Probably as early as possible. We went though after lunch and only had to wait about 30 minutes to get a parking spot and it was well worth the wait.
