I just called and found out that all trails are open now. I was wondering if anybody knows if the swimming area is opened as well?

Swimming season is from 6/16 to9/13 according to their website

No, and if you haven't been there for a while, they don't want you walking in the creek either. (Way back when, i used to like to play in the waterfalls. :(
