First id like to state im a perfectly healthy drug and alcohol free individual. I am a Livingston county business owner, as well as a property and land owner whom supports my community. This facility knowingly commits mal practice and state insurance fraud. They will recommend services when the patient clearly doesn't need it, just so they can bill the taxpayer/insurance the billable hours. They should be placed under investigation and shut down. With many people out there requiring dependency service , it should be a crime to fabricate patient information and waste needed resources that others actually need. Its really a shame. How they sleep at night, truly disgusts me. i will be reporting them to the medical board, nys department of health and any other agencies that should be awear of how theyre robbing New yorkers. I will also be filing a small claims lawsuit for lost time and wages against this facility The lady Dawn that works there , under her 35$ certificationshould have it revoked and placed under immediate investigation for fraud and mal practice. She had the audacity to say she doesn't care about her patients , and whats right for them just so she can push unneeded services. This world has no place for any more thieves . Anyone requiring help or service should run away from this fraudulent facility. Id also recommended anyone already dealing with them to get a 2nd opinion from a real professional. Youve been warned. And so have they.
