It really depends on your taste. You could visit one exhibit for 1-2 hours, just to see some things specifically. Or you could spend 4-5 hours, and eat a meal there. One isnt really able to see everything in the museum in one visit- even if they spend an entire day there. Id recommend taking a few hours and choosing some sections you are most interested in.
Ive been twice in the past year and still have not seen everything. Definitely take as much time as you can. At least 3-4 hours

We visited for the first time and probably were there about 2 1/2 hours. We didn't see everything. There is a lot to see and probably I would benefit from repeat visits
